24 HOUR ANSWERING SERVICE

Alert Communications provides live 24 hour telephone answering service. Typically, Alert Communications assigns an exclusive local or toll free telephone number to a client. The client may advertise this telephone number, forward their telephone line to this number, or have a toll free number routed to it. Regardless, when that telephone number rings, we answer in your company name and proceed, according to your instructions, respond to the caller’s questions, then take and dispatch to you their message.

Alert Communications offers a variety of cost effective, and time saving options to retrieve messages. Our staff can relay messages into a voice mail box, and clients may retrieve messages from any touch tone telephone at their convenience. Our voice mail system can also notify you that a message is waiting. When calling your voice mail you always receive an immediate answer and are never placed on hold. You have full control of your messages by repeating, saving or deleting with a touch of a button.

Alternately, some clients retrieve messages via e-mail, fax, or PC. For those on the go Alphanumeric pagers have become extremely popular, saving time and money by eliminating additional phone calls. Your entire message is displayed on the pager’s display screen.
