Another enhanced service the Alert staff and CATI system offers is taking reservation requests for events. Callers wishing to attend can reserve seating, and pay for registration via credit card. Alert can then  process funds into your bank account using your merchant account number. Alert can even print labels or mail out confirmations on your behalf, and provide any reporting needed in any format required.
