Alert’s CATI system has unlimited scripting capability. This enables our staff to perform inbound or outbound telephone surveys as extensively or simply as the project requires.

The CATI system offers custom reports at programmed intervals to track progress, or evaluate responses to the surveys. Reports can be generated in hard copy form, or in file form for download to PC via modem, or on floppy diskette.
